Likely Democratic primary voters need to know that Alex Bores is a homegrown New Yorker who makes government work while standing up to powerful special interests and getting results for people’s lives.
Alex is the real deal. He’s a computer engineer and a problem solver.
Alex is a 5th generation New Yorker born and raised in the City, the son of union workers who joined his dad on the picket line at age 8. He’s spent his whole life standing up for workers against big corporations.
Alex has been rated one of the most effective legislators in Albany and passed 27 bills. He sponsored the RAISE Act which would hold companies that use Artificial Intelligence accountable.
Trump actually used an executive order to try to override the RAISE Act and now Trump and his tech billionaire donors are spending millions to try and keep Alex from getting to Congress.
These voters are currently being inundated with texts, calls, tv ads, mailers misleading voters about Alex’s work at Palantir. These voters need to know the truth behind Alex’s time at Palantir.
Alex started his career at Palantir during the Obama Administration where he helped create technology to make government work, including helping the DOJ hold the big banks responsible for their role in the Great Recession and recover $20 billion for taxpayers.
Once Trump came to office the first time, the executives at Palantir chose to allow the technology to be used for databases to target immigrants, so Alex left.
Leaving Palantir left generational wealth on the table for Alex and now executives from the same company are trying to stop him from getting to Congress.
These voters also need to know that in Congress:
Alex will stand up to Trump and protect our Democracy.
Work to make life more affordable for New Yorkers.
Stop ICE from terrorizing our communities.
End corruption in government.

Likely primary voters across the district but particularly those outside of the East Side of the city should see these messages in mail.
